Modern slavery statement

Organisation

This statement applies to MR Creative Ltd. The information included in the statement refers to the financial year 2026-2027.

Organisational structure

MR Creative Ltd is a limited company. There are no additional organisations that make up the company or are associated with the company. The Company is registered in Brentwood, Essex, however, due to the nature of the work, operates in an agile manner, working in various locations within the UK to suite the needs of the clients and business.

MR Creative Ltd carries out   Demand for our product is consistently high throughout the year and is therefore not seasonal.

The labour supplied to MR Creative Ltd in pursuance of its operation is carried out in the United Kingdom within no fixed region.

Definitions

MR Creative Ltd considers that modern slavery encompasses:

·       human trafficking,

·       forced work, through mental or physical threat,

·       being owned or controlled by an employer through mental or physical abuse of the threat of abuse,

·       being dehumanised, treated as a commodity or being bought or sold as property,

·       being physically constrained or to have restriction placed on freedom of movement.

Commitment

MR Creative Ltd acknowledges its responsibilities in relation to tackling modern slavery and commits to complying with the provisions in the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The Compay understand that this requires an ongoing review of both its internal practices in relation to its labour force and, additionally, its supply chains.

MR Creative Ltd does not enter into business with any other organisation, in the United Kingdom or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to involve itself in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.

No labour provided to MR Creative Ltd in the pursuance of the provision of its own services is obtained by means of slavery or human trafficking. MR Creative Ltd strictly adheres to the minimum standards required in relation to its responsibilities under relevant employment legislation in the United Kingdom.

Supply chains

In order to fulfil its activities, the main supply chains of MR Creative Ltd include those related to providing professional services such as Accounting, Human Resources and IT Platforms. It is understood that MR Creative Ltd’s lower-tier suppliers are intermediary traders with only low tier suppliers.

MR Creative Ltd do not have agreements or recognition in place withy Trade Unions.

Potential exposure

In general, MR Creative Ltd considers its exposure to slavery/human trafficking to be relatively limited. Nonetheless, it has taken steps to ensure that such practices do not take place in its business nor the business of any organisation that supplies goods and/or services to it.

Steps

MR Creative Ltd carries out due diligence processes in relation to ensuring slavery and/or human trafficking does not take place in its organisation or supply chains, including conducting a review of the controls of its suppliers.

MR Creative Ltd has not, to its knowledge, conducted any business with another organisation which has been found to have involved itself with modern slavery.

In accordance with section 54(4) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, MR Creative Ltd has a zero tolerance policy towards modern slavery and will not engage with any organisation that it believes may be in breach of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The Company have not had to take steps to date to assess its suppliers due to the level and nature of the suppliers it engages.

MR Creative Ltd has set the following key performance indicators to measure its effectiveness in ensuring modern slavery is not taking place in MR Creative Ltd or its supply chains.

Policies

MR Creative Ltd has a corporate social responsibility policy  which further defines its stance on modern slavery.

 Slavery Compliance Officer

MR Creative Ltd has a Slavery Compliance Officer, to whom all concerns regarding modern slavery should be addressed, and who will then undertake relevant action with regard to MR Creative Ltd’s obligations. 

 This statement is made in pursuance of Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will be reviewed for each financial year.
